夕:脂の多い魚(サーモン / マグロ / ブリ)
夜:納豆腐 / 明治R-1 1~2本
休日:日曜のほか外食しない
サプリメント:
チロシン(毎朝)
亜鉛(3日に1回)
イチョウ葉(3日に2回)
ビタミンC(おなかすいたら)
セントジョーンズワート(晴れていない日)
GABA(毎週末)

1.スーパーで好きな野菜を買う
2.切る
3.煮る
4.マギーブイヨンを適当個入れる
